Use of our website (hereinafter the “Website”) is subject to the Terms of Use and to the present Privacy Policy & Trackers Policy (e.g. Cookies), hereinafter both Privacy Policy & Trackers Policy are referred as “Privacy Policy”. The information is fully secured as only TOBEA’s expert employees can have access to this information. In order to inform subscribers via SMS, we use the website sms.theansr.com. Both websites agree with the Privacy Policy.

The Website hosts live images of the beaches that SEATRACs are installed.

The installed Telemetry System via internet connection and Artificial Intelligence Technology provides to the users realtime information for the condition of the beaches. SEATRAC takes photos that are compatible with privacy policy. Protection of privacy is succeeded via the instant processing of the images when they are taken. The processing is completed via Deep Learning Technology that blur human presence (face and body) the moment of capture in order human features not to be depicted.  For this reason there is no need for licencing via Data Protection Authority.

This notice was last updated on the 17th July 2020. TOBEA may amend this privacy notice from time to time to keep it up-to-date or to comply with legal requirements without any prior notice to you.
