SEATRAC's Use

Yes! It is free of charge!

Find out if there is a remote control on site by checking the SEATRAC page you are interested in visiting. If no remote is available on site, call +302610876000 to have one delivered to you (1-3 days in Greece). All remotes are waterproof.

We can have one sent to your hotel free of charge! Send us an email to seatrac.preview@tobea.gr with the name of your hotel, your name and day of arrival ( (Delivery 1-3 days in Greece).

Yes! You can have your own remote by calling +302610876000 or via email seatrac.preview@tobea.gr (Delivery 1-3 days in Greece).

To enter the sea: press the left button on the remote control for 2 seconds. To return to shore: press the right button on the remote control for 2 seconds. Emergency stop: press either button for 2 seconds.

I arrive to the beach, I park the car, I get off my car and go down to the beach track.

If there are high waves, I avoid using SEATRAC.

I always do a test run towards the sea and back before use. I also sanitize the chair with a disinfectant wipe before use.

I move the SEATRAC chair up or down to match the height of my wheelchair. I align my wheelchair next to the SEATRAC chair and shift myself onto the center of the SEATRAC chair.

I place my feet centrally on the footrest so they are not in contact with the track at any time.

Then, I double-check that the track path is free of any obstructions.

Now it's ready!

I press the left button on the remote control for 2 seconds. If at any time I want to stop the chair, I press any button for 2 seconds. Then, in order to continue, I press the left button again.

When I reach the end of the track (where the handrails are located), I disembark into the sea and swim!

I use the handrails to help properly sit on the chair again.

I double-check that the track path is free of any obstructions.

I press the right button for 2 seconds to go back to the starting point. When I reach the starting point, press the shower button for a quick rinse.

I can now go back to my wheelchair and enjoy the sun!

In case SEATRAC is unresponsive to commands from the remote control, you will have to move the seat manually. To do this: (1) locate the crank arm found inside the motor unit; (2) locate the crank socket found on the right side of the motor unit when standing in front of it; (3) remove cap from the crank socket; (4) insert the crank arm into the crank socket until it connects securely with the gearbox; (5) rotate the crank arm counterclockwise to return the seat to its starting point.
